![]() ![]() What can I expect when I undertake work with POSITIVE-INTENTION? Firstly we need to establish the Working Partnership in order to suggest the best way forward for each person. The follow on will be a blend of Spiritual Coaching and Companionship to support you through the process, and make a lasting contribution to your whole life; bodywork using therapeutic massage and/or Qigong, guided Breathwork, Meditation (walking and sitting), and tutoring in The Endorphin Effect© to make your days lighter. Is POSITIVE-INTENTION just mind over matter? While mind over matter and a positive frame of mind are helpful, POSITIVE-INTENTION is about taking the focus of mind away from the body so it can do its work unhindered by the influence of mind, and what it can impose upon the body. There are of course times when using the mind to focus on a particular aspect of the body is very effective, but POSITIVE-INTENTION seeks to simply free the physical organism so that it can be what nature intended it to be - your very own physician and pharmacist rolled into one using inherent wisdom. Can POSITIVE-INTENTION help everyone? If a bone suffers a simple fracture it will mend on its own, if allowed to - the mechanism exists within the body, but if the fracture is more complex it needs mechanical assistance to reset it. That's a way of saying that no approach is applicable to all circumstances, and suitability will be assessed as part of establishing the Working Partnership. What are the 10 COMMITMENTS? These are your commitments to yourself in support of your side of the Working Partnership. What commitment do you, POSITIVE-INTENTION, make? POSITIVE-INTENTION commits to the Working Partnership by offering a range of approaches to assist you in meeting your commitments. This extends to recommending alternative approaches offered by independent therapists, and continuing to support the Working Partnership as appropriate during this period. Could I simply do this on my own? In a word, yes; you are the expert, that really is the whole point! However, you first have to recognise that something is falling short of the overall harmony that is needed. Then you either approach a specialist who can offer you a specific therapy, or you need the time and application to investigate the various approaches which best suit you. POSITIVE-INTENTION seeks to inspire you to self-healing by establishing a Working Partnership so that a suitable course of action, and therefore lifestyle, can be put in place.
